  • 30 DAYS TO UNDERSTANDING
    THE BIBLE

– Back by popular demand!

What it is: A ten-week study that helps you understand the history, chronology, theology and significance of the Bible. As one reviewer said, “Only when you understand the context of the Bible do you truly understand the message.”
Who would benefit: Individuals who want a foundation to build further Bible study on or who want the “big picture” view of the Bible.
When: Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00 pm, September 15 – November 17
Facilitated by: John Johnson
Sign up: In the foyer.

  • BOUNDARIES

What it is: This nine-week study has helped thousands of people achieve healthier, more balanced lifestyles by setting clear boundaries. A boundary is a personal property line that marks those things for which we are responsible. In short, they define who we are and who we are not.
Who would benefit: Anyone who has or wants productive, healthy relationships with other people!
When: Monday evenings, 6:30-8:00 pm, September 20 - November 15
Leader: Linda Johnson
Sign up: In the foyer.

  • HOLY CONVERSATIONS

What it is: Faith communities are made up of imperfect individuals charged with being holy servants. That’s a challenging task! This six-week study looks at what it means to be a servant. Participants will dive into the divide between human conversations and holy conversations. What is the difference? Why does it matter? What are the implications for our faith community?
Who would benefit: Any active participant in the FMUMC faith community
When: Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00 pm, September 22 – October 27
Sign up: In the foyer.

  • BIBLE STUDY: 1 JOHN

What it is: This six-week study invites participants to learn more about the nature and character of God and the relationship between God and man.
Who would benefit: This is a general Bible study designed for all Christians and seekers. Those who participate will be richly rewarded with a reminder of God’s greatness and His love for all of us.
When: Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00 pm, September 22 - October 27 (childcare available)
Sign up: In the foyer.
