Summer Fun Camp

KINDERGARTEN CLASS:

5 DAY - Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 8:45 - 1:45 and Fridays 8:45 – Noon

Children must be 5 years old before September 1, 2011 to register for this class.

Kindergarten Class

Sonshine Kids Kindergarten class offers a "bridge" program for kids with a low student/teacher ratio of 12:2. We utilize Starfall Reading and Language Arts curriculum that is motivational and engaging while integrating Phonemic Awareness, Phonics, Vocabulary, Fluency, Comprehension and Writing.  This class incorporates journal writing and guided reading with hands-on math and science, while still getting to enjoy the FUN of a preschool setting! This class will participate in weekly school-wide chapel services, Music class and P.E. class.

We really appreciate the strong curriculum at Sonshine Kids and the teachers and smaller classes really provide a wonderful introduction to elementary school.
