Fall Studies
The Bible in a Year: A Journey Through Scripture
Sept. 6 - April 4, 2027 | 5-7 PM
Read through most of the Bible in a year! This 24-week Fall + Spring study, utilizing the Disciple 1 Fast Track study, offers a comprehensive survey of the entire Bible through weekly class sessions paired with daily readings. Participants will work through roughly 60% of the Bible. Childcare is available.

Knowing God: Exploring the Christian Faith
Sept. 6 - May 9 | 5-7 PM
What does the Bible say about who God is? This 30-week intensive small-group study, utilizing Christian Believer Disciple Study, focuses on classical teachings of the Christian faith - presenting, explaining, and interpreting them in a way that participants can understand. The weekly class sessions pair with a daily reading + prayer guide. Childcare is available.
Proverbs Bible Study
Sept. 13 - Dec. 13 | 5-7 PM
Join us for a deep dive into the book of Proverbs. This 12-week study will look at the inner structure and overarching lessons of this book of wisdom.

Sundays 9:30 AM | Room C2/4
One of Flower Mound UMC's longest standing Sunday School classes, this lecture and discussion-based discipleship group is led by a rotation of teachers ranging from PhDs in history to church clergy to seminary students. You can expect to meet other people ranging in age from empty nesters to retirees, couples and singles alike. Each Sunday you'll receive a well prepared lecture-style devotional with the opportunity for discussion and engagement. Throughout the week, this class supports one another through shared congregational care, support, and friendships.

A discussion-based class of adult couples and singles of different ages and stages. This group studies a variety of topics and is thankful to grow together in faith. This social class also enjoys spending time together outside of Sunday mornings.

Cornerstone

If you want to know "more", if you want answers to your “big questions", then Cornerstone is the place for you. Our goal each week is to make the Bible more readable and relatable so that your walk with God is more confident and clear.

Longer studies with stand-alone lessons—join anytime. Mostly lecture-style with fellowship and community service.

This Sunday School class is composed of couples and singles, parents of young children and some retirees. Through discussion-based studies, you'll have the opportunity to share life and cultivate your faith through sharing your lived experiences.
